Project Engineer – Automotive Assembly Tooling & System Integrator

Working as part of a small and dedicated team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in and fast moving, challenging yet rewarding environment. Predominantly responsible for small to medium sized projects from, being involved from the very start of the project process right through to completion this position offers the opportunity to experience and develop a wide range of skills and disciplines. Working from our Bedfordshire office, with the opportunity to work for & alongside some of the industries leading vehicle manufacturers this position offers an exciting opportunity.

Applicants should be:

• Time served and/ or qualified to HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering
• Be a good communicator, where interfacing with customers, suppliers and internally will be a regular requirement
• Be able to monitor & work to project time deadlines
• Work within & manage project budgets
• Have some experience of 2d / 3d mechanical designs
• Knowledge of the automotive industry would be advantageous though not essential
• Previous experience working with Pneumatics, Electrics will be advantageous though not essential
• Be able to work autonomously and periodically lead small installation teams
